The Cd Depot's Return & Refund Policy

The first step is to email The Cd Depot

1) Please state the reasons for which you wish to return the item. 

2) We will reply with a copy of our return, restocking & refund policy.

3) You must email a reply back to us confirming you have read the policy.

4)After we receive your confirmation reply we will reply with necessary instructions.

RETURN POLICY

** Items must be returned well protected against damage - any damage
caused by poor packaging will result in the refund being reduced or denied

** Your original receipt must accompany all returns

** Shipping Charges are NOT refundable - unless we have made an error (for example - shipped wrong item) 

RESTOCKING FEES

** If no error was made on our part (you have ordered the wrong item, changed mind etc.) a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all items returned

** If we have made an error - (shipped wrong item, defective item etc.) no restocking fee will be applied

REFUNDS

** If you have paid by credit card - a credit will be applied to your account after we have received the item back and have inspected it.

** Gemm Customers will receive their refund/credit from Gemm after we have received the item back and have inspected it.
