1) Please state your order number and the reason for which you wish to return the item. 

2) We will reply with a copy of our return, restocking & refund policy and return instructions.

3) You must print the "Return Instructions" email that we send you and return it with the item being returned - along with the original receipt sent with the item.

RETURN POLICY

Items must be returned well protected against damage - any damage caused by poor packaging will result in the refund being reduced or denied.

Your original receipt and a copy of our "Return Instructions" email must accompany all returns.

Shipping Charges are NOT refundable - unless we have made an error (for example - shipped wrong item). 

 

RESTOCKING FEES

If no error was made on our part (you have ordered the wrong item, changed mind etc.) a 20% restocking fee (of the subtotal) will be applied to all items returned.

If we have made an error - (shipped wrong item, defective item etc.) no restocking fee will be applied.

 

REFUNDS

If you have paid by credit card - a credit will be applied to your account after we have received the item back and have inspected it.

If you have paid by PayPal - a credit will be applied to your account after we have received the item back and have inspected it.

Gemm Customers will receive their refund/credit from Gemm after we have received the item back and have inspected it.
